Cruising Crew!

Can Opener: We've been invited to join another cruising crew from the Red Tabby Yacht Club!

Captain Cat: We're busy. My karate schedule is currently all consuming. I expect a tournament invitation any day now. 

Can Opener: And invited to their 'crew dinner' in March. Those guys sure are sociable--  Your karate training hasn't progressed any farther than youtube videos viewed from the sofa!

And karate's just cross-training for the real mega-meta-macro-goal of Getting Cruising. What are you thinking?? 

Captain Cat: ...If the invite specifically mentions sushi, I may consider working it in. 

Can Opener:  And the email says we'll be on a 35 ft yacht sailing out of the Solent area for weekends. 

And aiming for a 1 ~ 2 week cruise in September too. 

This will really help build our sea miles this year... 

Captain Cat: A whole new angle, young Can Opener! This cruising crew sounds serious. Clearly Great Bastet has smiled upon the mighty and the feline. Which in my case, is both.

You will escort me to this local shin-dig, while carrying my daily sushi training rations to supplement the event. 

Can Opener: So, I'll just write back a nice acceptance note then, Yer Majesty? 

Captain Cat: Your Majesty is overkill in these modern times, young Can Opener. A simple 'Sensei ' will do...
